Our products and prices offered for sale are subject to availability and may change at any time. All orders will be acknowledged by an order confirmation email. For mail order goods, your order is only formally accepted when you receive a despatch confirmation email from us.

Before you click on the ‘purchase’ button, make sure that:

  1. The product is suitable regarding the ingredients and allergens it contains.
  2. You are happy with our bakery allergen statement.
  3. You agree to be bound by these terms of sale.

When you click ‘Add to Basket’ next to an item, that item will be placed in your basket. When you want to pay for your items, click on the basket icon and then the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be asked to provide your name, billing address and card details.

It is important that you then review your selections and address details before you commit to purchase.

You will also have the opportunity to create an account which will then save your details (see our Privacy Policy) for any future purchases.

Wooster’s Reward Card scheme

We’re grateful to our loyal customers. If you regularly buy Wooster’s bread and other baked goodies, we’d like to give you a treat – as a small token of gratitude.

All you have to do is pick up one of our loyalty cards and get it stamped for every full £5 you spend on bakery products.
If you order online from us, bring your card with you when you collect and we’ll stamp it then and there.

Every 13 stamps will earn you one free loaf or pastry worth up to the value of £4.

Of course, there are terms and conditions, which we’ve outlined below.

T&C’s for Wooster’s Reward Card scheme

A stamp will be given for every full £5 spent on Wooster’s baked products on a single shopping occasion – in the shop or at the market.

So, for example, you’ll get 3 stamps if your purchase amounts to £15 or £19.60 – thus cunningly encouraging you to buy an amaretti biscuit to bring you up to £20 and gain your 4th stamp! Just to reiterate, the stamps are given for the purchase of baked goods only, and just one item, not multiple items up to the value of £4. The full card is only redeemable against Wooster’s baked products, neither change nor money equal to the value will be exchanged against a full reward card.

Make sure you have your card with you. Stamps can only be issued at the time of purchase and not retrospectively if the card is unavailable at the time.

The scheme is discretionary and we reserve the right to stop the scheme at any time and without notice.
