Location: Riddlesworth, IP22 2TD
Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: Tuesday - Friday 3/4am - 12/1pm; Saturday 2am - 8.30am. All hours are a guide only.

Starting pay: 11.50 ph for inexperienced bakers. Pay increases with experience.
Holiday: 28 days including 6-8 days leave taken between 23rd December and 4th January for bakery closure.

Suitable candidate will assist in all areas of production for bread only. We are looking to someone who will have experience in mixing, baking, shaping etc.

Experience is essential. Ideally minimum 1 year in a bakery or 2 years in a kitchen.
Also required: a good attitude and a want to get up early (early starts and working hours are non-negotiable). All candidates considered.
