Knettishall Wild (Wholemeal sourdough)
A loaf made using 100% wholemeal wheat farmed by James Bucher at Hall Farm, Knettishall. His fields are little more than a mile from the bakery and James uses regenerative organic farming methods. We have the grain stonemilled at Pakenham Watermill.

Toothsome, with a deep flavour, and very good for you.
